May I switch my plan depending on my availability and training needs?
Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan every billing period depending on your training needs. In case you switch before the end of the current billing period, bear in mind you might be billed for any unused day from the previous plan.
How long do I have access to the courses?
You will have access to the courses included in your subscription while your subscription is active. In case you buy a course separately you will get lifetime access to it.
When do the classes start and end?
Our live classes start on September and end on July, but you can join anytime with your subscription, getting access to all the lessons in streaming and the last month of our recorded live classes.
Do the live classes have a defined schedule? How many weekly hours? How can I access them?
You can find our schedule in page "Live classes". We offer classes once a week for each level and language. The access to the classes is enabled in your private area when your are subscribed.
Are live classes recorded to be watched later in case I can't attend?
Yes, our live classes are recorded and are available during one month.
